Product Design

We help our clients visualise and embody the physical expression of their brand. The extent of our involvement depends on our client needs – sometimes all that is a needed is a sketch, other times it can require full time support through the development process and initial manufacturing runs.

Interaction Design

We help our clients to optimise the experience of digital content across all platforms. We are able to deliver native code to popular platforms such as Azure, and App stores. Where this is not needed, we will deliver accurate simulations that will support and inform other developers work.

Service Design

We help our clients to orchestrate, co-ordinate and optimise service experiences. Every service is a complex amalgamation of interactions and experiences. We help our clients to define, examine and optimise this complex challenge.

Innovation Strategy

We help our clients to structure their innovation efforts around the needs of customers and users. We apply the design process to examine and define the problem as much as define the solution. We live in an age where technology and markets are evolving so fast that there are few 'constants' on which to base innovation strategy.
